HISTORY
Ever since she was young, Yasmin has been her own boss, running her own market stall in Ayr and this trend has continued ever since. 33 years ago, Yasmin and George purchased their first mobile catering outlet and it was clear from both their sets of skills that they had found something they excelled at!
From there the company kicked on and expanded to Glasgow for a more permanent base and somewhere to store the ever growing number of outlets. In 2000, we moved to our current, 20,000 sq. ft. fully self-sufficient premises in Glasgow. Since then the only way has been up and with the help of the Jordan, Reo, Calvin, India and a few others along the way Supreme has become one of the UK’s largest outdoor mobile catering companies.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
As a family business, we are extremely passionate about our social responsibility. We take pride in the responsibility in every part of our business, whether it is our suppliers, using shared transport for large events to cut down emissions or the way we look after our employees.
All of The Supreme Group’s products and packaging are sourced in the UK and where possible, locally. This local attitude is reflected in our food provenance, putting emphasis on local suppliers where possible.
Although operating throughout the UK, and being the largest outdoor catering provider in the UK, we take pride in the provenance of our products and the quality of our suppliers.
We are also the proud holders of a Healthy Living Award for our operation and are working hard to achieve more qualifications.
As well as this, we are passionate about using local staff, and keeping our young population passionate about hard work
VISION
We believe that there is always room for improvement and so we are passionate about updating our procedures, our food offerings and making sure we are always on the front foot. Our future goals include making sure that we continue to be the market leader and the benchmark in terms of quality for our industry.
We are also passionate about becoming more efficient and are putting in place several new procedures to make sure we have as little an impact on the environment as possible. From vehicle sharing to bio degradable products we are working towards making our company a green one!

Yasmin Kayes
Yasmin is the life and soul of Supreme. She founded the company with George over 30 years ago. Her passion for the company is almost matched by her passion for a nice cup of tea!
George Kayes
George is the literal driving force behind Supreme. When George is not on site coordinating the movements of the units or doing a site visit he can be found in our depot making things work – especially the coffee machine!
India Kayes
Having finished her Marketing with French Honours degree at Strathclyde University, as well as overseeing the running of units on site India is now bringing her knowledge, youth, enthusiasm, drive and of course her style to the office.
